Want to be a good recycler and have a real impact on your environment?  Here are some tips on how you can reduce contamination in your recycling:

​

• Always rinse your cans.

• Don't use your cans for other purposes prior to recycling.

• Be sure to rinse out milk and nut-based milk containers and replace the cap.

• Sort all your recycling products.

• Place cans in a separate bag or container from the rest of your recycling.
